Meet Our Staff

In 2014, Serge Shishik founded Saratoga Courage Distillery. He had a dream of crafting good tasting vodka and moonshine. With the help of friends and family he successfully launched the business. 

Under a year after the launch of the distillery Serge was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. After a 8- month long battle he passed away in 2016. His family continued operating the distillery, still aiming to create a good tasting product.
